This refreshingly different, townhouse hotel, has a unique location, with the advantage overlooking the River Aire. 42 The Calls, was converted in 1991 from a corn mill and many bedrooms still boast the original features. From the beamed ceilings with their original mill mechanism, to the handmade beds and the extensive collection of original paintings and drawings, each room is individually furnished to create a unique character. Each of 41 bedrooms has a privacy hatch too ensure ultimate privacy whilst we deliver your room service breakfast, your morning newspaper or even your polished shoes back to you. Bedrooms vary in size and style but are united by common values of comfort and quality. All rooms have interactive Satellite television incorporating a DVD/CD player provides up to the minute technology for all bedrooms, en suite bathrooms with luxury toiletries, Frog soaps & bathrobes and complimentary 24 hour WI FI is available throughout the hotel. The charming team provides a dedicated service complimenting this unique Hotel, with a welcome drink on arrival and a complimentary chauffer service available Tuesday – Friday, 7am until 10am, for city center journeys. 42 THE CALLS is a non-smoking hotel. The nearest car park to the hotel is the Markets NCP located on New York Street next to the Bus Station. You are welcome to drop your luggage off at the hotel before you park your car and we will be delighted to direct you to the car park from the hotel. You can purchase an exit car park ticket from Reception on departure at the cost of £14.75 for 24 hours, please retain your entrance car park ticket as you will need this also to exit the car park along with your purchased ticket.

Directions

From the M1 - Follow the signs for Leeds( centre), M621, then City Centre (Holbeck). Take junction 3 off the M621. Follow signs to city centre passing Reg Vardy & Peugeot Garage on your left. Follow the signs for The West Yorkshire Playhouse. Turn right at the lights then you will pass Asda on your left. Pass through the lights and Tetley's Brewery is on your left. At the next set of lights turn left and go over the bridge. Turn left onto the City Centre Loop, following the City Loop Waterfront sign. Pass the Parish Church on your left, (in front of the Hoover Shop), then turn left at junction 15 on the loop, just before the round silver ball fountain on your left. 42 The Calls is immediately in front of you.
